Our legal team has over 50 years of combined legal experience. Founded by lifelong Upstate residents and Clemson University alumni W. Blake Cummings and Alexander “Alex” P. Blake Cummings cut his teeth working in a tight-knit firm environment alongside his father, William V. Cummings, building a deep foundation in localized litigation, while Alex Lewis brings a distinguished background in trial advocacy, previously serving as Student Body President at the Charleston School of Law.

Our main office is centrally located in Spartanburg, South Carolina (at 679 E Main St). While the majority of our clients reside in the Upstate region—specifically across Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union, and Greenville counties—we are fully licensed across the entire state.
